Round table with a charred timber top filled with red, orange and blue resin, outdoors

About

Functional art, made by hand.

ElectroWood began around 2017 from curiosity — an exploration of what could happen when traditional woodworking was combined with resin, light and less conventional materials.

For founder Peter Gvozdev, that curiosity developed into a passion for creating objects that sit somewhere between furniture, sculpture and functional art.

Every ElectroWood piece begins with the material itself. The grain, fractures, edges and imperfections of a timber slab are not treated as defects to be hidden. They become part of the composition.

Resin, glass, light, metal, phosphorus effects and other materials are introduced where they contribute to the idea rather than simply decorate it.

The result is intentionally individual.

ElectroWood does not work from a catalogue of standard products. Pieces evolve through experimentation, craftsmanship and the character of the materials selected for them.

Some begin with a practical requirement. Others begin with an image, an object, a story or simply a question: what could this become?

That question remains at the centre of ElectroWood.

ElectroWood is based in the United Kingdom and part of the same group as TopBuildUK. Every table and concept can be commissioned to any custom size, from a coffee table up to a 10-seater dining table.
