Client Care

Clear guidance for a one-off piece.

A bespoke work is different from an off-the-shelf purchase. The important details are agreed around your actual piece and recorded in its quotation.

Shipping & delivery

ElectroWood can arrange delivery throughout the UK and export worldwide. Packaging, insurance, access, specialist handling and installation are assessed for each work. The quotation will identify what is included; international clients remain responsible for any local import duties or taxes unless agreed otherwise.

Returns & custom orders

Commissioned and personalised works are made to an approved specification and normally cannot be returned simply because you change your mind. Your written quotation and order terms will explain the position before any commitment. This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Lead times

There is no artificial one-size-fits-all delivery promise. Your estimated design, making and delivery schedule is confirmed with the quotation. Natural materials, resin curing, specialist components and international transport can affect timing; any material change will be communicated.

Payment methods

Accepted payment methods, deposit and any staged balance are confirmed on the quotation or invoice. Never send payment to changed bank details without verifying them directly with ElectroWood using the contact details on this website.

Frequently asked questions

Can I commission a piece in a specific size?

Yes. Dimensions, proportions and intended setting are part of the design conversation.

Will my piece look exactly like one in the collection?

No two slabs or hand-finished resin compositions are identical. A new work can share a technique, mood or palette while remaining one-off.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes. International delivery can be planned, with packaging, handling and installation considered individually.

Can I see progress?

For commissions, appropriate design decisions and progress updates are agreed as part of the project.

Where is ElectroWood based?

The workshop is in Romford, Essex, United Kingdom. Visits are by prior arrangement.

Do you publish customer reviews?

Only genuine, attributable client feedback is considered for publication. ElectroWood does not purchase testimonials.
